    4. How do I sign up for credit?

It's easy. The options are given to you when you take your shopping cart to the checkout process. It takes only seconds to complete and approvals are instant (usually less than a minute).

    5.  Why wasn’t my purchase approved?

If at any time a lender does not approve of your purchase, the lender will communicate with you to notify you and give you further information. The process is between you and the lender, and Easy Plum does not have access to this kind of detailed lender information.

If your purchase is not approved with one lender, you can apply to another.

    6. Is my personal information protected?

Yes. Federal law requires all lenders to comply with rules and regulations about their use of personal information.

Easy Plum has more limited information. We do not have all of the information you give to your lenders. However, we also comply with the law that requires us to protect the data we do have.

    7.  What kind of loan am I getting?

    8.  How much credit will I get?

Your lender will decide how who much credit is available. Typically, the amounts range between $2,000 and $4,000. Your lender will advise you of your credit limits.

If you discover that a purchase or charge was made in your name that you did not make or authorize, you must contact your lender and initiate a dispute.
