There are several lenders who offer credit accounts to our customers. At this time they are offered through two different portals. One of them is Get Financing. The other is Klarna. They are separate companies.
You can apply to either company or both of them.

4. How do I sign up for credit?
It's easy. The options are given to you when you take your shopping cart to the checkout process. It takes only seconds to complete and approvals are instant (usually less than a minute).
5. Why wasn’t my purchase approved?
If at any time a lender does not approve of your purchase, the lender will communicate with you to notify you and give you further information. The process is between you and the lender, and Easy Plum does not have access to this kind of detailed lender information.
If your purchase is not approved with one lender, you can apply to another.
6. Is my personal information protected?
Yes. Federal law requires all lenders to comply with rules and regulations about their use of personal information.
Easy Plum has more limited information. We do not have all of the information you give to your lenders. However, we also comply with the law that requires us to protect the data we do have.
7. What kind of loan am I getting?
There are several different types of credit accounts available through Get Financing and Klarna. Some are similar to a "regular" revolving credit account. Others are lease to own accounts. Each person who qualifies will have different results and different credit offers made to them.
8. How much credit will I get?
Your lender will decide how who much credit is available. Typically, the amounts range between $2,000 and $4,000. Your lender will advise you of your credit limits.
9. How do I dispute a purchase on my account?
If you discover that a purchase or charge was made in your name that you did not make or authorize, you must contact your lender and initiate a dispute.
10. How do I pay my statement?
Your lender will tell you how and where to make your payment.
11. Is there a penalty for late payments?
Details about your credit account are in the information provided by your lender. That being said, most lenders charge a penalty for late payments.
