Short answer: Yes, we do accept returns and exchanges of most products. We do not accept returns of certain items restricted by law. For example, we do not accept return of an opened food items, and there is no return on perfumes and colognes.

Easy Plum works hard to ensure your satisfaction. That’s why we have an easy return policy. If you don’t like your purchase, you can return it. It’s as simple as that. Ship it back to us, and we will credit your account and reimburse the charges. Though we have a generous return policy, it does have some conditions and limitations. They are described as follows:

  1. We do not accept returns of used merchandise. We inspect returns to see if they have been opened, used, or show wear and tear.
  2. We do not accept returns for damage to appliances that have been opened and installed. We recommend that you carefully inspect all deliveries. If the package shows damage in shipping, you should refuse to accept it and have the shipper return it to its origin. If this occurs, notify us immediately.
  3. We do not accept partial returns. You must return the entire product (or set) intact, along with the package it was shipped in unopened and any owner’s manuals and other documentation with in 15 days after purchase.
  4. We do not restock our products, therefore once an item is sent back to us, it goes to the original manufacturer (OM) immediately after inspection.
  5. No item may be returned after 10 days of receipt of delivery. All working electronics or toys must be reported upon receipt of the delivery by calling customer service, and must be returned immediately. See number 2, above.

Other restrictions may apply. For example: Perfumes, colognes, open games, videos, software, music, and digital media and programming cannot be returned. Open collectibles (such as sports cards, special-edition dolls, porcelain dolls, action figures, and die-cast items) cannot be returned. Special discount items, holiday items, and limited-time-only sales items may have modified return policies.

All Clearance Items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

  1. Furniture, mattresses, décor & accessories unless found to have a manufacturer’s defect ** See exclusion below.
  2. All air conditioners
  3. Any item purchased under a third party lease and/or rent-to-own plan, except for manufacturer’s defects.
  4. Photo models and clearance items

Requirements for ALL Returns/Exchanges

  1. Proof of purchase.
  2. Merchandise must be in new condition as determined by Easy Plum.
  3. Merchandise must include original box, packaging, all manuals and accessories (value of missing items will be deducted from the credit amount). All free promotional items tied to the purchase must also be returned.
  4. Delivery and installation charges will not be refunded on any returns.
  5. A second delivery fee will be charged on all exchanged merchandise unless original merchandise has been inspected by a Easy Plum and/or manufacturer’s service representative and is found to be defective or the original merchandise fails within 24 hours of delivery.
  6. Shipping and handling is nonrefundable on any return. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and shall assume all risk of loss or damage to product while in transit to Easy Plum.
  7. All items sold are covered by manufacturer’s warranties. Easy Plum does not provide independent warranties in addition to the warranty provided by the manufacturer.
