Generally speaking, dependable shipping and delivery are essential to our business. Easy Plum takes special care to manage shipping and delivery. We use only reputable carriers. Using the best technology available to us, we track the digital progress of all shipping. If there is a problem, our team is ready to resolve it as quickly as possible.
We ship to all fifty states. We will, for most products, ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipping to APO/FPO/DPO often takes longer than ordinary shipping.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- We do not ship to destinations outside of the United States.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Some of our products, especially the large and heavy items, are shipped by their manufacturers. A number of these products, such as Home Brewing equipment and specialty Outdoor Grills will ship in a week to two weeks. Many of these are shipped as freight to ensure safe delivery. Freight shipping may take a bit longer than ordinary shipping.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Easy Plum ships to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damaged or Mistaken Products
Every company, big and small, has an occasional problem with shipping and delivery. We do our best to handle these problems quickly and with as little inconvenience as possible for our customers.
It helps us when you are informed and understand the basic methods of dealing with shipping problems. Please read this carefully.
Do not accept delivery of a box or package that has obviously been damaged in transit. If you can, take a picture with your phone to record the damaged package. Refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
Easy Plum is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. If you purchased a product using one of our credit affiliates, for example Klarna, you should also contact the lender. Naturally, we want to hear from you first. We will assist you with making the claim.
If you open a package and discover you have received damaged merchandise or the wrong items, let us know immediately. We will work with you to ensure the problem is corrected. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. You must have them to process a return. Please contact us before attempting to return the product. The return process is better managed when we know what happened and can start working on resolution before the return shows up randomly at our door.
